Samples are free, but how about international shipping?
Samples are free of charge. International shipping is at the client's expense. We recommend using your FedEx/DHL account, or we can ship upon freight prepayment. Shipping costs are deductible from your first order.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 100 cartons for standard products (mixed sizes allowed), and 500 cartons for custom-printed products. Small trial orders are negotiable for first-time cooperation.
What is the fastest lead time?
15-25 days for standard products; 25-35 days for custom-printed products. Rush orders can be expedited upon negotiation.
