Product Name: Canned Longan in Syrup
Ingredients: Longan, water, sugar, citric acid (acidity regulator)
Product Description:
Canned Longan in Syrup is made from fresh, plump longans with 80% ripeness, thick flesh, and intact shape. The production process includes washing, peeling, pitting (using a coring tube to maintain the hole integrity), sorting, rinsing, canning, filling with syrup, exhaust heating, sealing, high-temperature sterilization, and cooling. The flesh is creamy white to pale yellow in color, with intact shape, uniform size, and moderate softness. The drained weight is typically no less than 45%, with soluble solids content (refractometer method at 20°C) generally between 8% and 22%.
The product complies with QB/T 1380-2014 "Canned Tropical and Subtropical Fruits" standards, contains no preservatives, and is ready to eat. Longans are naturally rich in vitamin C, B vitamins, iron, magnesium, and potassium, making this a nutritious and convenient choice.
