Product Description:
Frozen Bamboo Shoot Strips are made from fresh, high-quality Ma bamboo shoots (Dendrocalamus latiflorus). The shoots are processed through a series of steps including husking, washing, cutting into strips, blanching, cooling, and quick freezing. The resulting strips are uniform in thickness with a natural off-white to light-yellow color. They feature a tender, crisp texture and a mild, slightly sweet bamboo aroma characteristic of Ma bamboo. The product is frozen rapidly at –30°C or below with no preservatives added, ensuring stable quality throughout its shelf life.
