Glutinous Millet Lava Rice Cake is an innovative Chinese dessert. The outer layer is made from a premium blend of glutinous millet and sticky rice in an optimized ratio, processed through traditional steps including soaking, grinding, steaming, and pounding to achieve a soft and chewy texture.
