Description

Product Description:
Frozen Peeled Edamame are made from premium in-season soybeans, processed through multiple steps including washing, steaming, pod removal, and individual quick freezing. The beans are plump, bright green, and full, retaining the natural sweetness and rich nutrition of fresh edamame. The Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology ensures the beans remain loose and non-sticking, allowing you to take only what you need without waste. The pre-steaming process significantly reduces cooking time, making it quick and convenient to prepare.

Features:

  1. Plump and Bright Green – Made from fresh, selected soybeans with intact, naturally vibrant green color for an appetizing appearance.

  2. Sweet and Tender – Steaming preserves the natural sweetness and soft, delicate texture of edamame, suitable for all ages.

  3. Nutritious – Rich in plant protein, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals – an ideal choice for a healthy diet.

  4. Pre-Steamed for Quick Cooking – Pre-cooked, requiring only brief heating – ready to serve in minutes, saving time and effort.

  5. No Washing, No Cutting – Ready to cook straight from the package – no preparation time needed, clean and hygienic.

  6. IQF Quick-Freezing – Loose and Separate – The beans do not stick together, allowing for easy portioning and preventing repeated thawing.

  7. Versatile Uses – Suitable for stir-frying, soups, salads, cold dishes, side dishes, as well as Japanese-style appetizers or beer snacks.

Applications: Home cooking, restaurant side dishes, salad bars, Japanese cuisine, pub snacks, etc.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below.
